The Diving

Fort Lauderdale is known for its accessible shipwrecks, colorful reefs, turtles, rays, and schools of tropical fish. Expect comfortable boat rides, professional crews, and diving suitable for a wide range of experience levels. Whether you love wrecks, reefs, or both—this trip delivers.

Lodging

Enjoy 3 nights at Sands Harbor Resort, a waterfront property located in Pompano Beach. Sands Harbor Resort offers comfortable accommodations with easy access to dive boat, dining, and South Florida attractions—making it an ideal home base for our dive weekend. After a day of diving, relax by the water, enjoy on-site dining, or take in the coastal atmosphere of South Florida. Its convenient location allows for short travel times to dive sites.

Travel Notes

Daily Flights from Baltimore and DC. Southwest has direct daily flights. The resort is only 25 minute ride from the airport. No need for a rental car. .

Trip Cost

Price per diver in double occupancy$849 (If you are registering for yourself and do not have a roommate, we will try and accommodate same sex roommate.  If we can not find you a roommate, you would be required to pay single occupancy. Drop us an email if interested and we can coordinate with other single divers looking to book, diving@atlanticedge.com)

Price per diver in single occupancy $1330

 Make sure you get DAN TRAVEL INSURANCE -Trip deposits are non refundable and Trip is non refundable 100 days prior to departure  

Certification & Training Dives

Divers who are currently enrolled in a certification or continuing education course may be able to complete their required training dives during this trip, pending instructor availability and course prerequisites.

• Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and select specialty dives may be available

• Training dives must be arranged in advance

• Additional course and certification fees apply
